New Leaf Family Services & Wellness Center provides a multidisciplinary behavioral health care practice and wellness facility that offers a comprehensive approach to treatment which ensures that all aspects of an individual’s life are considered in developing a plan to help them make lasting and positive changes in their life.

BIO-FEEDBACK:
Bio-feedback is a mind-body technique that involves visual and auditory feedback to gain control over involuntary bodily functions. This may include gaining voluntary control over such things as heart rate, muscle tension, blood flow, pain perception, and blood pressure.

CRISIS COUNSELING:
A short-term intervention designed to help individuals deal with a specific crisis or traumatic event. It focuses on providing immediate emotional support, stabilizing the individual, and helping them regain a sense of control and function.

Breathing exercises are controlled techniques of inhaling and exhaling designed to improve respiratory function, reduce stress, and enhance physical and mental well-being.
